Requirements:
7 years' residential construction and/or remodeling experience in 3 or more of the following skill areas: carpentry, painting, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, doors and windows, minor plumbing, minor electrical, and handyman and general home repairs Excellent customer service skills Ability to lead and complete a variety of residential remodeling projects from start to finish Experience directing and supervising one or more Remodelers/Carpenters Possess most of your own tools Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
