Previous roofing or construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. This position will involve assisting our roofing crews with tear-offs, material handling, installation, cleanup, and general jobsite duties.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting roofers with roofing installations Tear-off and removal of existing roofing materials Loading and unloading roofing materials Moving materials and equipment around the jobsite Jobsite cleanup Assisting with ladders, tools, and equipment Following safety procedures and crew instructions

Requirements:

Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus Must be reliable and dependable Must have your own transportation Must have basic hand tools Must be comfortable working on roofs and at heights Must work well as part of a small crew of 2-4 workers Valid Washington State driver's license required Must be willing to learn and take direction
