We are looking to hire an experienced roofer with a strong work ethic and knowledge of many roofing systems including flat, metal, and composition shingles. Primary Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications
• Remove old roofing materials and debris.
• Perform roof repairs and installations as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain work tools and equipment - handle safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors Required Qualifications/Skills Journeyman Roofer with 3-5 years experience, on both commercial and residential roofs Proficient at TPO/PVC, torch down, and composition Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to life 50+ pounds Drivers License Compensation IRA with employer match (up to 3% compensation) Health Insurance PTO - 1 hour for every 40 hours worked
