SCOPE OF WORK

Tear off and dispose of existing failing rolled roofing on an ~8' × 16' cabin (~371 sq. ft.) Inspect exposed roof decking for rot, soft spots, or deterioration and report before covering (photo documentation required — no decking repair without separate approval) Install synthetic underlayment and ice-and-water protection with proper overlaps and fastening Install new drip edge around roof perimeter Install ~371 sq. ft. of 31-gauge corrugated metal roofing (dark gray or light/silver, panel color TBD) with correct side/end laps, fastener spacing, and closure strips Install standard trim, flashing, and sealant at all edges, terminations, and existing roof penetrations Complete fastener and weather-seal quality check before leaving the roof Full site cleanup, including magnetic sweep for stray fasteners and disposal of all debris
