This role is designed for individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and develop hands-on experience in septic systems, excavation, and residential construction. You will work alongside experienced installers and operators while building practical field skills. Responsibilities Assist with septic system installation, including tanks and drain fields Support excavation work for foundations, utility trenches, and site preparation Operate hand tools and assist with construction equipment Measure and mark excavation areas Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist with septic system repairs and maintenance Follow direction from lead installers and communicate with team members Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and digging Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team This position is intended for individuals who are serious about developing skills in septic installation and residential site work.
