Job description Are you tired of working a dead end install job? Are you a skilled bathroom remodeler with your own company looking for good work? We are seeking an experienced, independent bath and shower remodeler to expand our production team. You will travel to scheduled jobs and install Oasis Bath Solutions products in customers homes. Our owner is our bath designer and a certified Aging in Place Specialist which means properly written and measured contracts to make your life as an installer much easier (no more sales guys who can't read a tape measure!) This is an independent, lead installer position. Applicants are expected to have their own vehicle, tools and skill sets.

Responsibilities:

Install Oasis Bath Solutions products at customers homes in accordance with manufacturer's installation policy, and manufactures install instructions to maintain warranties. Install fixtures, plumbing and wall panels in accordance with local building codes. Manage time and projects efficiently. Read and execute detailed contracts and collect back end payment of jobs. Prep, remove, dispose and clean up job sites on a daily basis Show up to install and loading warehouse on time, and conduct yourself appropriately and respectfully with homeowners, coworkers, supervisors etc. Resolve customer and job issues as possible if they arise, and communicate with installation management, office workers and design staff in a professional manner. Provide over and above customer service to every homeowner, be respectful of their property and wishes and follow all directives of installation management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential bathroom remodeling and walk in shower, especially with Sentrel, acrylic and or artificial stone systems. Work vehicle, tool and insurance Ability to build rapport with homeowners and remain professional and courteous throughout the install process. Strong communication and problem solving skills.
