What You'll Do As an Installer, you'll work alongside a skilled 2-3 person crew installing high-end outdoor living products for homeowners throughout Eastern Washington. Every day you'll: Install premium aluminum pergola systems and motorized screens Read and interpret construction plans and installation drawings Safely use hand tools, power tools, lasers, and layout equipment Set posts, install structural components, and perform finish work Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to project completion Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Represent one of the leading luxury outdoor living companies in the Northwest Crews report to our Spokane office each morning before heading to project sites in company vehicles.

Carpentry Framing Finish Carpentry Deck Building Exterior Construction Metal Fabrication Welding Window & Door Installation Commercial Construction Residential Remodeling Structural Steel Installation Specialty Construction Trades If you've built things with your hands and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you. Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of construction experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
