Install various siding materials including vinyl, metal, stucco, or single-ply membrane roofing with precision and care. Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to cut, shape, and secure siding components in place. Ensure all work complies with construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses, ladder safety protocols, and heavy lifting techniques. Perform roofing repairs or metal roofing installations when needed to support siding projects or exterior renovations. Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to all construction workplace safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed construction plans for seamless project execution. Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to ensure siding is properly aligned, sealed, and finished according to specifications. Assist in remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as masonry or concrete forming when required. Experience Proven experience in siding installation or related construction roles with a focus on exterior building finishes. Familiarity with roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and stucco application is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and the proper use of safety harnesses, ladders, hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installation work. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety protocol adherence. Prior experience with construction estimating is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Hands-on experience with framing using metal studs or masonry work enhances versatility on job sites.
