This is a job you get to own start to finish, work worth being proud of. About The Closet Company The Closet Company provides custom storage organization to homes across Northeast Wisconsin. We design and manufacture all of our closet systems in-house at our Green Bay, WI shop, then install them in homes and new construction throughout the region. We're a small, hands-on team, which means the work you do shows up directly in the homes we finish and the customers we serve. About the Role You'll be running installations with confidence and speed — reading a plan, working efficiently through the requirements of a job site, and delivering the kind of clean, precise result a homeowner is excited to show off. You won't need to have installed a closet before you start; you'll need to be someone who pays close attention to detail and takes real ownership of getting the job right. What You'll Do Install custom wood and wire closet and home organization systems in customer homes and new construction sites, learning our installation process hands-on Carry materials up and down stairs and in and out of homes and construction sites while working safely Read and follow installation plans closely to deliver a clean, precise, professional result Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and site contacts while on the job Load, transport, and organize materials for each job Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional from start to finish Coordinate with the floor manager on scheduling and materials for each job What We're Looking For Required Willingness to learn closet and home organization installation — no prior experience required Able to carry materials up and down stairs and in and out of houses and new construction sites; ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds Comfortable working on a ladder Strong attention to detail Good independent judgment Willingness to adhere to all job site safety standards Regular, predictable attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Prior experience in carpentry or cabinetry Basic hand and power tool proficiency Experience working directly with customers in their homes Schedule & Location 8-hour shifts, full-time. Work is based out of Green Bay, WI with travel to customer homes and job sites throughout Northeast Wisconsin. Starting salary based on experience and skill level.
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
