full-time We're hiring a shade installer to join our team in Madison. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role installing roller shades in commercial and residential spaces around the area. What you'll do: Show up on time and ready to work Install roller shades according to plans and direction from the lead installer Work indoors on active job sites Handle tools, ladders, and shade hardware safely Keep work areas clean and organized What we're looking for: Reliable, on time, and takes direction well Comfortable using basic hand tools and working from ladders Able to lift and carry materials throughout the day Prior installation or construction experience is a plus but not required, we'll train the right person Valid driver's license
