Already an experienced roofer? We're looking for skilled roofing technicians who can bring their commercial roofing knowledge and experience to our team. Starting pay is $20

• 30 per hour depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

If you have experience in roofing, construction, general labor, carpentry, siding, maintenance, installation, or another hands-on trade, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will depend on your experience and skill level and may include: Assist with commercial roof installations, repairs, maintenance, and service work Diagnose and repair roof leaks and problem areas Tear off and remove existing roofing materials Load, unload, organize, and move materials and equipment Prepare roofing surfaces and job sites Safely operate hand and power tools Assist experienced technicians while learning commercial roofing systems Follow fall-protection and job-site safety requirements Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Communicate problems, damage, or concerns when you see them Work with the team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship Experienced roofing technicians may have additional responsibilities based on their skills and experience. No Roofing Experience? That's Okay. For our General Laborer / Entry-Level Roofing Technician positions, we're more interested in your work ethic and attitude than whether you've worked on a roof before. Working in Wisconsin Commercial roofing in Wisconsin means working outdoors through changing seasons and weather conditions. Candidates should be prepared for a physically active job that may include: Working outdoors in hot and cold temperatures Climbing ladders Working at heights Lifting and carrying roofing materials and equipment Bending, kneeling, standing, and walking for extended periods Traveling to job sites throughout our service area

Pay Starting Pay:

• 30 per hour, depending on experience Your starting rate will be based on your demonstrated skills, roofing experience, construction experience, and ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
