JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preferred experience performing service work on flat and/or shingle roofing systems
- Must understand and comply with sense of urgency involved in service calls
- Must have ability to interact and effectively communicate with clients
- Practice safe work habits and adhere to company safety policies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Dependable and self-motivated, with attention to detail and quality driven
- Must have reliable transportation to office
- Must work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing in excess of 100 lb. occasionally
- The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, including hot, cold, rain, snow and windy conditions
- Must have proper legal US work documentation / US Citizenship
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Provide references
