Roof Technician Pay:

$25-$35/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Full-time | 40-50 hours per week

Hours:

Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Travel:

Primarily local, with some out-of-area or overnight travel possible About the Role We are looking for a dependable Roof Technician to join our team. This role focuses primarily on commercial roof service work , including roof repairs, leak fixes, inspections, and maintenance. The position will also support larger roofing projects as needed. Most work will be performed on commercial flat roofs, though some roofs may include other surfaces such as shingles. What You'll Do Perform roof repairs, maintenance, and leak fixes on various roof systems Inspect and analyze existing roof conditions Respond to emergency service calls as needed Survey roof conditions and document findings with photos and written reports Assist on larger roofing projects as needed Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness Track materials, inventory, and work completed Complete work orders with detailed notes and materials used Upload photos and job documentation to shared project folders The role includes inspections, roof maintenance repairs, leak repairs, emergency service calls, photo documentation, and work order completion. What We're Looking For Experience with roof repairs, leak detection, or commercial roofing preferred Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to climb ladders and access roofs safely Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to use basic technology, including email, photos, and work order software Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently This position requires outdoor work in hot, cold, rainy, snowy, and windy conditions, and requires handling and climbing ladders for roof access.
