Weather Tight is looking for an experienced Lead Siding Installer to help us continue building one of Wisconsin's most respected exterior remodeling companies. We're not looking for someone to simply hang siding. We're looking for someone who understands craftsmanship, can lead a crew, solve problems in the field, and deliver a finished product they can be proud of. What You'll Do Lead residential siding installation projects Install vinyl, engineered wood, composite, and fiber cement siding Manage and mentor crew members Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness Ensure projects are completed according to Weather Tight standards Communicate professionally with homeowners Identify and solve field installation challenges Deliver a quality finished product the first time What We're Looking For 3+ years of siding installation experience Lead installer experience preferred Knowledge of flashing, trim, soffit, fascia, and weatherproofing best practices Strong attention to detail Ability to read work orders and installation specifications Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors What You'll Get ✔ Competitive Pay ($20-$35+ per hour depending on experience) ✔ Year-Round Work ✔ Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) ✔ Company Truck Opportunities ✔ Health, Dental & Vision Insurance ✔ 401(k) ✔ Paid Time Off ✔ Supportive Leadership Team ✔ Growth Opportunities ✔ Consistent Pipeline of Work Why Weather Tight?
