We are currently hiring for multiple commercial roofing positions: Architectural Sheet Metal Installer Roofer Roofing Service Foreman Crane Operator We are looking for people who have at least two years of experience in a year-round, full-time position Monday-Friday, however, overtime may be available during our peak season. Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $20-$40/HR. Our service area is Southeastern Wisconsin with some travel involved up to 150 miles. Must follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Knowledge of different commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM) Installation and repair of commercial flat roof systems Perform tasks that include site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Utilize hand and power tools to repair and replace roofing materials Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe jobsite Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently Learn and apply new skills related to commercial roofing tools, techniques and procedures Commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service

Core Skills Needed:

Strong work ethic Dependability 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the United States Attention to detail, quality, and safety

OSHA 10/30

(Preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to work in varying weather conditions Initiative, integrity, and adaptability Must be able to climb ladder, regularly bend, climb, and kneel Valid & clean CDL license (Crane Operator position) NCCCO certified (or certification in progress for (Crane Operator position)
