Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Repair Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and restoring various types of exterior siding on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' properties are not only visually appealing but also protected from the elements. Responsibilities Assess damaged or deteriorated siding and determine the most effective repair or replacement methods Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to remove old siding and install new materials with precision Perform related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, vinyl siding installation, LP siding installation, soffit, fascia, window wraps, etc. Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality standards are met Requirements Proven experience in siding installation & repairs Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and safety procedures Pay is based on experience. Siding techs typically make between $24-28, while lead techs typically make $28-35.
