REPRESENTATIVEUltimate Roofing | Morgantown, West Virginia $20-$25/Hour Based on Experience | Company Vehicle Provided | Full-Time Join One of the Largest Roofing Companies in the Mid-Atlantic Ultimate Roofing is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Representative to join our production team. We complete roofing and exterior projects throughout West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland . We are looking for someone with hands-on knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutters who can represent Ultimate Roofing professionally in the field and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. A minimum of 2 years of relevant roofing/exterior construction experience is required.

Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, typically 7:00 AM-5:00
PM Saturday:
Occasional Saturdays may be required
Location:
Morgantown, WV warehouse with travel to active jobsites Hours may vary depending on job locations, weather, project requirements, and workload . A company vehicle is provided for work-related travel . The vehicle is picked up from and returned to our Morgantown warehouse at the end of each shift .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Roofing Site Representative, you will be one of the key connections between our production team, installation crews, and homeowners. Your responsibility is to help keep projects moving, protect the customer's property, maintain our quality standards, and make sure issues are communicated before they become problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Jobsite Readiness:
Confirm materials, dumpster, permits, crew information, and homeowner expectations are in place before work begins.
Daily Jobsite Checks:
Visit active jobs to verify crews are on site, work is progressing properly, and the customer's property is being protected.
Quality-Control Support:
Check roofing, siding, and gutter installations for company standards and immediately flag workmanship concerns for the Production Manager.
Photo Documentation:
Take clear before, during, and after photos and ensure required documentation is uploaded into JobNimbus .
Homeowner Communication:
Introduce yourself to homeowners, provide project updates, answer basic questions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Material Management:
Identify missing or additional materials and communicate those needs quickly so projects don't stall.
Property Protection:
Ensure landscaping, siding, windows, HVAC units, driveways, pools, decks, and other areas are properly protected during construction.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Watch for obvious safety concerns and make sure debris, nails, and jobsite cleanliness are being controlled throughout the project.
Change Documentation:
Document unforeseen decking, additional work, homeowner requests, or other conditions that could result in a change order.
Completion Inspection:
Walk the property after the crew finishes, identify punch-list items, confirm cleanup, and ensure the project is ready for the final walkthrough.
Production Reporting:
Keep the production team informed of job progress, delays, material issues, homeowner concerns, and completion status.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who understands exterior construction and is comfortable being responsible for multiple active projects.
Qualifications include:
2+ years of roofing or exterior construction experience required Experience and working knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutters Ability to recognize installation and workmanship issues Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofing projects Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional communication and customer-service skills Comfortable communicating with homeowners and installation crews Ability to take detailed photos and accurately document job progress Dependable and able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Willingness to travel throughout our service area as required
COMPANY VEHICLE PROVIDED
Ultimate Roofing provides a company vehicle for work-related travel . The vehicle will be used to travel from our Morgantown warehouse to jobsites throughout West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Maryland . Company vehicles must be returned to the Morgantown warehouse at the end of each shift and are not take-home vehicles.
