Pay:

$20/hour Position Overview We are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician to join a busy shop environment. This is a hands-on position focused on cutting, forming, and fabricating sheet metal using equipment such as press brakes, shears, and saws. The ideal candidate is someone who has previous sheet metal or fabrication experience, is comfortable working with shop equipment, and is flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed. Schedule flexibility and a strong team-oriented attitude are very important for this position. Responsibilities Cut and fabricate sheet metal to specified dimensions Operate press brakes, shears, and saws Measure materials accurately and follow fabrication specifications Set up and operate shop equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy Perform general shop and material-handling duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist other departments or coworkers when needed Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Requirements Previous sheet metal fabrication, metalworking, or related shop experience Experience operating press brakes, shears, saws, or similar fabrication equipment preferred Ability to read measurements and work accurately with hand tools and shop equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment Highly flexible and willing to help wherever needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work the scheduled hours and potential overtime when needed Ability to lift and move materials as required What We're Looking For The right candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and help wherever they are needed.
