Position Summary:
The Sheet Metal Mechanic will work with sheet metal to measure, cut, bend, and assemble duct systems for residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This person will play a key role in staging and organizing job materials , assembling material lists, and assisting in creating purchase orders to ensure smooth shop operations. This role will also involve receiving deliveries, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean, efficient shop . Forklift experience is a plus, as is the ability to lift moderate weights to move boxes and materials as needed. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow with us as we expand our fabrication and installation capabilities.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00
PM Pay Range:
$35.50/hr - $39.50/hr , depending on experience

Paid Holidays Uniforms Provided Required Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in sheet metal work or a related field Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment (shears, brakes, etc.) Ability to lift, carry, and move sheet metal materials Willingness to travel to job sites within the service area as needed
