$26-$28 per hour (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Mechanic with experience working with duct board systems to join our growing HVAC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for measuring, cutting, fabricating, and installing duct board and sheet metal ductwork in commercial and residential projects while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Responsibilities Fabricate and install duct board and sheet metal duct systems. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, assemble, and seal duct board according to industry standards. Install HVAC ductwork, fittings, and accessories. Perform layout and field measurements. Ensure all installations meet project requirements and local codes. Identify and resolve installation issues in the field. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work effectively with project managers, foremen, and other trades. Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal experience preferred. Experience with duct board fabrication and installation required. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings. Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
