- Job Description
- This role focuses on heavy maintenance and structural modification work on ATR turboprop aircraft operated by an air cargo carrier.
- Responsibilities
- + Receive task cards, review work instructions, and read blueprints to understand required structural repairs and modifications.
ATR72-700.
+ Work within an MRO hangar environment, coordinating with inspectors and other technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance and modification tasks. + Present completed work for inspection, address any discrepancies, and make necessary corrections to meet inspection requirements. + Maintain and use a personal set of professional-grade tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and suitable for structural work. + Follow all safety procedures, shop practices, and documentation requirements associated with aircraft maintenance and repair.- Essential Skills
- + At least 5 years of aircraft structural repair or fabrication experience, with demonstrated ability to drill, ream, countersink, and rivet sheet metal while working from blueprints.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience working on ATR aircraft or similar turboprop platforms in a heavy maintenance or modification environment.
