Premier Metal Products is a growing sheet metal fabrication company specializing in HVAC products including roof curbs, equipment supports, adapter curbs, fan curbs, and other custom-fabricated products. We are looking for a Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a small team where the quality of your work directly impacts the success of the company. What You'll Do Fabricate HVAC sheet metal products including roof curbs, equipment supports, adapter curbs, and custom products Operate sheet metal equipment including brakes, shears, and CNC plasma equipment Measure, cut, bend, assemble, and finish sheet metal components Perform MIG welding and basic metal fabrication Read and interpret shop drawings, measurements, and fabrication prints Assemble and prepare finished products for shipment Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and workmanship Safely operate forklifts and other shop equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Assist with other shop responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, HVAC fabrication, or a similar manufacturing environment Ability to read a tape measure and accurately take measurements Ability to read basic fabrication drawings Good mechanical aptitude Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Preferred:
