Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Understands and reads work orders, schematics, and build from raw materials Fabricate products to meet standards on work orders. (Quantities, Dimensions, and Specifics) Required to set up/operate the following machines to fabricate sheet metal components at production levels. (Laser, Shear, Plasma, Natcher, Press Brake, Welder) Lifts heavy objects by hand (up to 50+ pounds) Loads, unloads, organizes, and maintains inventory counts of products during production. Keep work areas clean and organized Ability to follow visual, written, and/or oral instructions Complies with all Company Safety Practices and Procedures (Approach every task with a Safety-First mindset)
