Job Description The Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman manages the shearing and custom-bending lines that produce the protective enclosure skin of the modular building. This position coordinates machine schedules to supply both high-volume standard panels and unique custom interior and exterior profiles to downstream building lines. The Sheet Metal Fabrication Foreman is accountable for the precision shearing, cutting, bending, and pre-fabrication of both standard and custom interior and exterior building panels. This role ensures a continuous, defect-free supply of custom-formed sheet metal components is ready for downstream assembly in the work shop and construction yard.
