This position will involve installing commercial HVAC ductwork and related sheet metal systems in large commercial buildings, including colleges, laboratories, and other institutional facilities.

Full-Time Responsibilities:

Install commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems according to plans, specifications, and job requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and HVAC plans. Measure, lay out, fabricate, and install ductwork and related components. Install fittings, hangers, supports, dampers, insulation interfaces, and other ductwork components. Work on large commercial construction projects, including colleges, laboratories, and institutional buildings. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Sheet Metal License — Required. OSHA 10 certification — Required. Previous experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork . Ability to read and understand construction drawings and blueprints. Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation methods, tools, and equipment. Ability to work safely on commercial construction sites. Reliable transportation and ability to report to jobs in the Waltham, MA area. Ability to work independently as well as with a crew.
