The ideal candidate will have experience fabricating, measuring, cutting, forming, and assembling sheet metal components according to blueprints, drawings, and job specifications. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications. Measure, mark, cut, bend, and form sheet metal accurately. Fabricate ductwork, fittings, panels, brackets, and other sheet metal components. Operate hand tools, power tools, shears, brakes, rollers, and other fabrication equipment. Assemble and fasten sheet metal components using appropriate methods. Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company and job-site safety procedures. Work efficiently while meeting production schedules and deadlines. Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers. Qualifications Previous sheet metal fabrication experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools. Knowledge of sheet metal materials, gauges, and fabrication techniques. Ability to safely operate fabrication tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods. OSHA/safety training is a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
