Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled, inventive and motivated Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components through various fabrication techniques. Your expertise will ensure that all products meet strict quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and technical drawings, contributing to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and mechanical fabrication. Duties Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Use hand tools, power tools, and shop math skills to cut, shape, assemble, and weld metal parts according to specifications. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) processes following AWS (American Welding Society) standards. Measure dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy within specified tolerances. Conduct rigging, assembly, and installation of fabricated components within our facilities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to welding, machining, and material handling.
