Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and energetic Sheet Metal Worker/Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal components with precision and expertise. Your mechanical knowledge, welding skills, and ability to interpret blueprints will be essential in delivering high-quality work on various construction and manufacturing projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and fabrication tools to bring designs to life. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <
LOCATION
> welding to join sheet metal parts securely according to industry standards. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal materials. Fabricate ductwork, piping, enclosures, and other custom sheet metal structures for construction or manufacturing applications. Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and installation tasks on construction sites or in manufacturing facilities. Conduct quality inspections using basic math skills and schematics to verify dimensions and tolerances meet specifications. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols and site procedures. Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques, and <

> welding with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality welds. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, hand tools, power tools, and plasma cutters. Mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes including ductwork installation, pipe threading, soldering, machining, and assembly. Experience operating rigging equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely in a construction or manufacturing environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and quality control tasks. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards relevant to welding and fabrication practices is a plus.
