A metal fabrication shop in Upper Burrell/New Kensington is adding to their production floor. These are cross-trained positions — you'll start in one area and learn others over time. No welding experience needed but if you have TIG welding experience, we have other positions. Reliable transportation to the facility is required. Roles you could be placed in:

Breakout:

Swinging a mallet for extended periods to break out sheet metal parts Sorting, counting, and organizing parts Lifting up to 50 lbs. independently

Debur:

Using hand tools — dyna-file, belt sanders, cordless drills — to smooth metal edges Detail-oriented work on sheet metal components

PEM Operator:

Reading blueprints to position hardware correctly Operating a PEM press machine Kitting cabinets with co-workers, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Sandblast:

Loading and unloading blast booth or cabinet Operating sandblasting equipment per safety procedures What you need: Ability to do physical, repetitive work — standing all shift, lifting 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to Upper Burrell/New Kensington Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures Manufacturing or production floor experience is a plus, not required Both 1st and 2nd shift openings available.
