In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality signage that meet strict industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate sheet metal components. Use various hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, bend, and assemble sheet metal parts according to specifications. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) to join metals securely while adhering to safety standards. Operate fabrication machinery such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and pipe threading equipment to produce precise components. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during fabrication and welding processes. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, rigging, and mechanical installations for complex projects.
