Assist with daily field operations, crew coordination, and schedule execution Ensure installations meet project plans, specifications, quality standards, and SMACNA requirements Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to monitor quality, safety, and project progress Coordinate material deliveries, equipment needs, and fabrication schedules Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation requirements Support productivity goals while maintaining high workmanship standards Mentor apprentices and technicians, helping develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship What We're Looking For 3+ years of commercial or industrial sheet metal fabrication and installation experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings Working knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation methods and industry standards Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience coaching or leading apprentices, helpers, or small crews preferred Desire to grow into field management and superintendent-level leadership Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Build Your Future with H&G Systems At H&G Systems, you'll receive direct mentorship from experienced field leaders, gain hands-on leadership experience, and work on a steady pipeline of high-profile projects throughout North Texas.
