Sheet Metal Fabricator
- 1st Shift
- $18.00/hr Ascend Staffing is hiring a Sheet Metal Fabricator for a project-based opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking dependable candidates with sheet metal, fabrication, grinding, paint shop, auto body, or related manufacturing experience. Pay $18.00/hr Weekly Pay Shift Monday
- Thursday 5:45 AM
- 5:30 PM Friday overtime available as needed What We Offer Weekly pay Direct deposit & pay card options Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Project-based assignment Overtime opportunities available 4-day work week Job Responsibilities Fabricate parts using shears, brakes, presses, and other sheet metal equipment Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work instructions Work with various materials including stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum Grind, shape, and rework parts as needed Assist with prototype and new product development Maintain quality and production standards Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Minimum 1 year of sheet metal, fabrication, grinding, paint shop, auto body, or related manufacturing experience Clean background required High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read blueprints preferred Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Basic math and measuring skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 20 lbs Reliable transportation required Apply today!
