Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics for long-term contract opportunities in Houston, TX. This role involves performing structural repairs, fabrication, and modifications on corporate/business aircraft in accordance with FAA standards and manufacturer specifications. Responsibilities Perform structural repairs, modifications, and installations on aircraft components. Fabricate and fit sheet metal parts, assemblies, and structures. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals. Inspect completed work for quality and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and modifications. Work closely with maintenance and inspection teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years of sheet metal or structural repair experience in aviation. Corporate/business aircraft experience strongly preferred. Preferred aircraft experience includes: Cessna Citation Learjet Embraer Phenom, Legacy, Praetor Bombardier Challenger and Global Gulfstream G-Series Dassault Falcon Hawker Beechcraft / Beechjet Pilatus PC-24 FAA A&P License is preferred but not required. Stable work history with demonstrated reliability. Must have own tools. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong fabrication, fitting, and problem-solving skills.
