What You'll Do As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you'll fabricate custom metal components used in chimney, fireplace, and venting applications.

Your responsibilities may include:

Measure, cut, bend, shape, and fabricate sheet metal Operate sheet metal fabrication machinery and equipment Read measurements, drawings, and job specifications Fabricate custom metal components Make accurate cuts, bends, seams, and connections Use hand and power tools safely Inspect completed pieces for proper dimensions and quality Prepare materials for upcoming jobs Maintain an organized fabrication and work area Work with technicians and other team members to complete projects Follow company quality and safety standards What We're Looking For We're interested in someone who: Has previous metal fabrication experience Has strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Can accurately read and use a tape measure Has excellent attention to detail Is comfortable operating metalworking machinery Knows how to use hand and power tools Takes pride in producing accurate, quality work Is dependable and shows up ready to work Can work independently and as part of a team Has a valid driver's license 2 years of fabrication experience is preferred. Experience in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC ductwork, welding, metalworking, roofing metal, flashing, manufacturing, or construction may transfer well to this position. Full-Time Position Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts Must be available for some Saturdays during the busy season 40 hours per week 5 paid personal/vacation days after the first year 10 paid personal/vacation days after the second year Main holidays paid Retirement plan Employee discount Part-Time Position Looking for fewer hours?
