Responsibilities Cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal with elite accuracy Run brakes, shears, rollers, welders, and shop tools like a pro Build components for HVAC, custom fabrication, and specialty projects Keep quality tight, clean, and consistent—no excuses Work with a team that moves fast and expects excellence Operate CNC Plasma table Experience Real sheet metal fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading + measurement skills A sharp eye for detail and flawless craftsmanship Reliability, hustle, and pride in your work
