Accra-Fab is a precision sheet metal fabrication company serving clients in the aerospace and non-aerospace industries, and we're seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. What You'll Do:

TIG weld (and some MIG weld) various sheet metal parts to customer specifications Assist in the bonding/soldering of various sheet metal aerospace parts Ensure welded parts, assemblies, and bonded/soldered parts meet customer specifications and tolerances Oversee the maintenance of all welding equipment and keep the weld tables and department clean after each job Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes and procedures Ensure compliance with documented Quality

requirements Work safely and support a safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Two (2)+ years' experience TIG welding sheet metal parts, preferably in a manufacturing production environment Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly drawings Familiarity with different materials Strong communication skills Enthusiastic team player with attention to detail Why Join Us?
