The Role We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our internal teams. You'll handle everything from processing orders and quotes to providing technical support and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your mission? Deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time. What You'll Do Own the Order Process
  • Receive, process, and manage customer purchase orders with accuracy and speed. Deliver Accurate Quotes
  • Prepare customer communications and coordinate quotes, ensuring details are complete and deadlines are met. Be the Communication Hub
  • Serve as the bridge between customers, engineering, estimating, and production using communication that is clear, concise and complete. Solve Problems, Build Trust
  • Identify problems, address questions, resolve concerns, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. Manage Projects Effectively
  • Ensure problems are solved, objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. Develop and Maintain Deep Customer Relationships
  • Learn the customer's business, their needs and how we can add value by staying "plugged in" to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent manufacturing experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong math skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP; strong MS Excel and database programs a plus. Customer service experience in manufacturing preferred — bonus points for a background in precision sheet metal fabrication, machining or similar. Project Management experience is a plus!
