Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements Operate welding equipment and tools to join metal components according to safety and quality standards Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components with accuracy and efficiency Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Maintain and troubleshoot welding and fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or welding licenses are preferred Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous growth.
