World of Illumination is seeking experienced general laborers and skilled installation technicians to play a key role in building our immersive Themed Holiday Drive-Through Light Shows. As an Installation Technician, you'll take a hands-on role in bringing our events to life, including setting up temporary structures, assembling scenery and displays, assisting with power distribution, and supporting general installation and labor needs. This is a fast-paced, outdoor role that calls for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to keep up in a busy environment. The project is scheduled to run from September 8 through September 25.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup & Construction Build and assemble scenic elements and temporary structures, following company standards for durability and precision. Assemble and place traffic equipment such as cones, delineators, tents, and signage to keep the site running smoothly. Power, Cable & Lighting Run and connect electrical and communication cables using the flow maps provided by the team. Perform repairs and maintenance on RGB lighting so every display stays fully operational. Material Handling & Equipment Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently, making sure everything ends up where it belongs. If certified, operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and other equipment, if certified, to support setup and teardown. On-Site Communication & Compliance Keep clear, professional communication with the Foreman and the rest of the crew. Submit accurate daily timesheets by the deadline. Keep the work area clean and organized to help deliver a polished final event.

Pay:
$23.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you comfortable working outdoors for 10-hour shifts, six days a week? This role requires full availability from 9/8 - 9/25 - do you have any scheduling conflicts? Can you successfully pass a background check?
