On Point Solar Power Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Solar Service Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and/or commercial solar PV systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical ability, communicates well with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, monitoring systems, and electrical components Conduct site visits to address system performance issues and service calls Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and next steps Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service during on-site visits Complete service reports, photos, and documentation using mobile or web-based tools Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies Qualifications Experience as a Solar Service Technician, Electrical Technician, or related field Strong customer service experience (required) Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues Knowledge of inverters, monitoring platforms, and basic electrical systems
