K/Matching Open Career Paths and Upward Mobility Responsibilities and Duties:
Leading a team to install residential or commercial solar energy systems. Train new crew members in solar installation process. Ensure each installation project is compliant city ordinances and regulations. Manage installation timeline to complete jobs efficiently. Maintain a clean job site and take material out to the field. Wire PV inverters, meter sockets, disconnects, and breakers. Bend and install conduit. Set/install solar modules. Follow safety policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
2 Year of experience as a lead in solar installation. Basic understanding of electrical systems. Knowledgeable of electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals. Must have a valid driver's license.
