Job Description

LA Window & Solar Cleaning is hiring a Window & Solar Panel Cleaning Technician in Los Angeles. Join a growing, independently-owned home service business built around recurring customer relationships, not one-off jobs.
Compensation:
$20.00/hour base pay, plus recurring commission (4-10%) on every membership plan you sell - paid out every month the customer stays subscribed, not just a one-time bonus.
What you need:
ladder/roof/fall-safety competence, water-fed pole system experience (or fast learner), comfort around solar panel electrical safety (we'll certify you - ISCA SPCT, 1-day course), physical stamina to lift/carry 40+ lbs and work outdoors, a valid CA driver's license, comfort talking to homeowners about our membership plans, reliable smartphone use for scheduling and routes, and 1+ years of professional window cleaning, exterior maintenance, or a related trade preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. When there are no jobs booked for the day, or downtime near a job site, you'll door-knock the surrounding neighborhood to sell membership plans - this is a paid, built-in part of the role, not optional extra hustle.
What we provide:
a company-equipped van for your daily route, pure-water-fed pole systems and solar cleaning tools, paid training and certification (ISCA SPCT, ladder/fall safety) if you're not already certified, set routes across West LA, Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Pasadena, and a pay structure that rewards you for building long-term customer relationships. Apply at preview.lawindowsolar.com/careers or through Indeed.
