No previous solar experience required Position Summary Bonbon Electric is looking for a hardworking, humble, and dependable individual who is eager to learn the solar installation trade. We prefer someone with little to no experience who is willing to be trained and molded into a skilled PV Solar Installer. This is a physically demanding outdoor position. Applicants must understand that the work involves long hours under the sun, working on rooftops, lifting heavy equipment, and staying productive in challenging conditions. Responsibilities Assist with residential PV solar installations. Carry, stage, and organize solar panels, tools, and materials. Assist with installing racking, panels, conduit, and related equipment. Follow instructions from experienced installers and supervisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite. Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures. Arrive on time and be prepared to work each day. Learn how to read basic plans and understand solar equipment. Support the crew wherever assistance is needed. Ideal Candidate Humble, respectful, and willing to learn. No previous PV solar experience is necessary or preferred. Comfortable working outdoors for long hours in direct sunlight. Physically capable of lifting, climbing ladders, and working on rooftops. Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Accepts instruction and constructive feedback. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Interested in building a long-term career and growing with the company. Understands that this is hands-on construction work and can be physically demanding. We are looking for someone who wants an opportunity to learn a valuable trade—not someone who is afraid of hard work. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Pay:
$19.29 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
