Do you take pride in delivering clean, high-quality work while leading a team to complete projects efficiently and on time? At Supreme Solar and Electric , we're looking for a Lead Electrician to join our team and grow with us!
Position:
Lead Electrician & Solar Installer Experience:
Minimum 5 years required
Responsibilities:
As a Lead Electrician, your key responsibilities will include: Installing and troubleshooting Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase batteries for both partial and whole-home backup systems. Performing main panel upgrades and electrical service upgrades. Setting up backup load panels and efficiently moving circuits for battery integration. Leading a team to ensure projects are completed on time, with clean and professional results . Communicating effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer care . Uploading clear, detailed job photos to document progress.
Qualifications:
We're seeking a candidate who: Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and solar installations. Possesses strong knowledge of battery systems (Tesla, SolarEdge, or Enphase). Is skilled in main panel and electrical upgrades , including circuit management for backup systems. Has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects efficiently. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, clean work practices , and a customer-first attitude . Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers.
Compensation & Hours:
Competitive pay: $27 to $32 per hour , based on experience and expertise.
Full-time position:
40 hours per week (may range from 30-50 hours).
