Job Description Light Up Riverside is hiring dependable, hardworking Christmas Light Installers for the upcoming holiday season. We install professional Christmas lighting displays on homes, commercial buildings, trees, and community properties throughout the Inland Empire. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving ladders, roofs, lifting, and working at heights. We're looking for people who show up on time, work safely, follow directions, and take pride in clean, professional installations. No Christmas light installation experience is required. We provide hands-on training. Pay & Bonuses $25/hour Performance bonuses for hitting installation goals Consistent seasonal work through the holiday season Opportunities for continued work after Christmas for top performers Responsibilities Install Christmas lights on rooflines, trees, bushes, patios, and structures Safely work from ladders and roofs Follow installation plans and crew-leader direction Measure, cut, connect, test, and organize lighting materials Troubleshoot lighting, wiring, timers, and connections Perform service calls and repairs as needed Load and unload trucks, ladders, equipment, and materials Protect customers' homes and landscaping Keep job sites clean and organized Remove, label, and store lighting after the season Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Follow all company safety procedures Requirements Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at heights Physically capable of demanding outdoor work for full workdays Able to lift and carry ladders, equipment, and materials Comfortable using basic hand tools Strong attention to detail Organized and self-motivated Professional attitude and good communication skills Able to follow directions and work well as part of a crew Willing to work weekends, longer days, and overtime during peak season Valid driver's license required Reliable personal truck required Must be able to transport ladders, equipment, and materials to job sites Experience Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Schedule October through January Hours vary depending on workload and weather. Full workdays, occasional weekends, and overtime are expected during peak season. I_ mportant Job Information _ This is not a desk job. You will spend most of your workday outdoors and may spend several hours on ladders and roofs. You must be comfortable working at heights, performing physical labor, and working in varying weather conditions. Your own reliable truck is required for this position.
