Solar Roof Lead Guyou Construction Inc - 2.9 Riverside, CA Job Details Full-time $25 - $46 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Professional development assistance Qualifications Teamwork Outdoor work experience Customer service Ladder use Electrical systems installation Driver's License Attention to detail Wiring and circuitry work Power tools Renewable energy system assembly Hand tools Equipment racks mounting Full Job Description Position Summary As an Solar Roof Lead Installer, your responsibilities are to assemble and install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. May include measuring, assembling, electrical wiring, and bolting structural framing. Candidates must be willing and able to travel outside of county lines for project assignments that require overnight stays for up to two weeks at a time. Job Duties/ Responsibilities Assemble all components of a residential solar system Handle trenching and concrete work Structurally mount racking and electrical equipment and effectively seal penetrations Maintain a clean work site and safe working environment Properly use Personal Protective Equipment Ensure job sites are left clean Attend mandatory safety meetings Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements Previous solar installation experience required minimum 1 year Must have electrical and roof racking experience Must have power and hand tools for the trade Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday Attention to detail Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Regular, reliable and predictable attendance Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment Must have a valid state driver's license Must have a clean driving record Guyou Construction, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
