- 2,300+ Per Week During Peak Season We're hiring Christmas Light Installers and Lead Installers for our upcoming Christmas season.
Helpers:
$18- 20/hour starting pay Experienced /
Lead Installers:
Up to $25+/hour depending on experience and ability Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40. During 65-75 hour weeks, that works out to approximately: $18/hour: $1,395- 1,665/week $20/hour: $1,550
- 1,850/week $22/hour: $1,705
- 2,035/week $25/hour: $1,937
- 2,312+/week Actual earnings depend on your hourly rate and hours worked.
Your work will include:
Installing Christmas lights on rooflines Working from ladders and on roofs Wrapping palms and trees with lights Installing wreaths, garland, and other decorations Troubleshooting and servicing lighting displays Keeping jobs clean and organized Removing lighting and decorations after the season No Christmas Light Experience? That's Okay. We'll train the right person. We're looking for people who are dependable, willing to work, comfortable outdoors, and aren't afraid of heights or long days. Experience in roofing, gutters, construction, landscaping, pressure washing, tree work, electrical work, or other outdoor trades is a big plus. Lead Installer Opportunities Already have experience? We're also looking for Lead Installers who can run a crew, maintain quality, communicate with customers, troubleshoot problems, and keep jobs moving. Experienced leads can earn up to $25+/hour , depending on their experience and ability. Understand What You're Applying For This is seasonal work and it's busy. During peak season, we're typically working 65-75 hours per week . The days can be long. The work is physical. You'll be outside. You'll work from ladders and on roofs. But for someone who wants to work hard and make as much money as possible during a short season, there is serious earning potential. At our peak hours, team members can gross approximately $1,400- 2,300+ per week depending on position, pay rate, and hours worked.
