The Opportunity We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with experience removing and reinstalling solar systems during residential roof replacements. What We're Looking For ✔ Experience with solar panel removal and reinstallation (roofing experience is a plus) ✔ Comfortable working on residential roofs with varying pitches ✔ Physically able to safely carry solar panels and equipment up ladders ✔ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic ✔ Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including summer heat and colder winter temperatures ✔
OSHA 10/30
