Responsibilities Install photovoltaic solar systems according to blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings, ensuring precise placement and secure mounting of panels and equipment Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate system assembly and troubleshooting Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety equipment to perform installations efficiently on rooftops or ground sites Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot issues related to high voltage, low voltage, and photovoltaic systems to ensure optimal performance Perform roofing work as needed for rooftop installations, ensuring waterproofing and structural integrity are maintained Adhere to outdoor work safety protocols while working in various weather conditions on construction sites or renewable energy projects Skills Construction site experience including roofing, framing, or general construction work is highly desirable Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and fixture installation techniques for outdoor renewable energy projects Knowledge of electrical safety procedures specific to outdoor environments and working at heights This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their technical skills in a fast-growing industry.
