Responsibilities Lead your crew on daily job sites Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans Supervise and train workers and crew members Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met Supervise the use of equipment Resolve problems when they arise Requirements Residential Solar Installation experience (2+ years preferred) Roofing experience a plus Electrical experience a plus Valid Drivers License required Proven experience as a solar foreman In-depth knowledge of solar construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to communicate and report effectively Good physical condition and stamina High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.) Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
